An increase in public investment in the agriculture sector has opened opportunities for much needed investments towards broader integrated landscape management (ILM) in Africa. This brief provides a review of the ILM finance environment in Africa. It briefly describes various sources of finance for ILM, its challenges and opportunities as well as recommendations to launch actions that can improve financing opportunities for ILM in Africa.
