NEPAD Planning and Coordination Agency (NPCA) in partnership with the Spanish Cooperation and on behalf of COMESA has allocated funds and intends to apply part of these proceeds of funds to payments under the contracts for the proposed supply, installation and commencement of Business Incubators for African Women Entrepreneurs (BIAWE) Entrepreneurship Equipment to four (4) BIAWE Incubation Centers in four African Countries.
