The African Union has received a grant from the African Development Bank (AfDB) for the implementation of the Multinational - Programme for Infrastructure Development in Africa Capacity Building Project (PIDA CAP). The Executing Agency for the Project is NEPAD Agency and NEPAD has extended a portion of this grant to ECOWAS Commission. ECOWAS Commission intends to use part of the grant to finance the costs for the Consultancy Services for Projects Packaging for The Development of The Praia-Dakar-Abidjan Multimodal Multi-Sectoral Corridor (PDAMMC).
The ECOWAS Commission invites Consultants (firms specialized in infrastructure projects feasibility and finance studies) to submit their candidacy for the services described above. Interested eligible and qualified consultants must provide information on their qualifications and experience, demonstrating that they are qualified to provide similar services.

Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form (one (1) signed original plus five (5) copies) in (person, or by registered mail) to the address below, not later than August 10th , 2017 at 4:00 p.m (GMT+1), local time, and must be clearly marked: “Projects Packaging for the Development of the Praia-Dakar-Abidjan Multimodal Multi-Sectoral Corridor (PDAMMC)”- Do Not Open except in Presence of The Procurement Committee”.
