The Inter-Governmental Authority on Development (IGAD) has received a grant from the NEPAD-NPCA under the Programme for Infrastructure Development in Africa (PIDA) Capacity Building Project (CAP) Work Plan 2016 (chiefly referred to as ‘PIDA CAP 2016’). Part of the grant is intended to finance the Consultancy Services for the Transport Facilitation Study of the Nairobi-Addis Ababa-Khartoum-Wadi Harfa Highway.

IGAD now invites eligible Individual Consultants with the requisite experience to indicate their interest in providing the services for the transport faciliation study.
