The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a qualified  consulting  firm  that will develop  a  business blueprint  for  all  the  processes  and  modules needed  for  a  complete management  of  ECCAS activities  within  the  System.  The  consulting  firm  will  also,  in collaboration  with ECCAS divisions  and  NEPAD,  select  the  ERP  system which will manage  all  processes to  be  defined  during the  blueprint  phase  with  a  good  ratio  Quality-Price. The  consulting  firm  will  also  handle  the  change  management within the  organization . The  consultant  firm  will also  configure  and  roll  out  the  ERP  within  the  organization  with  advanced  remote access   facilities  for   offices  and  staffs  out  of  station.
