The PIDA Priority Action Plan (PAP) presents the 10 year strategy (2012 – 2020) of projects and programmes aimed at promoting regional integration across the four target sectors (energy, transport, water and ICT)  as identified by PIDA. The objective of the Implementation Progress Report is to provide an update on the progress achieved during the 2014/2015 period, in facilitating the implementation of PIDA projects. The first section reports on the progress on the various areas of creating an enabling environment for PIDA implementation. The second section gives an analysis of the implementation progress of some PIDA projects. The report concludes with a review of the gains and challenges experienced in the current phase of implementation and recommendations to consider going forward.
