The NEPAD Heads of State and Government Orientation Committee (HSGOC) held its 31st Session on 25 June 2014 in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea prior to the 23rd Assembly of the African Union (AU).

The 31st NEPAD Session primarily deliberated on three (3) major agenda issues:
a) Accelerating Results and Impact in the Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme (CAADP);
b) Outcomes of the Dakar Financing Summit for Africa’s infrastructure; and
c) Establishment of the Africa Global Partnership Platform.​
