Financial Proposal shall be submitted separately to financials@nepad.org indicating the words “Financial Proposal” in the subject together with title and reference number.

NB: Financial proposals submitted together with technical proposals will be rejected.

Proposals must be submitted no later than: 14th July, 2023 at 14.30
