LEASING AND MAINTENANCE OF MULTIFUNCTIONAL NETWORK PRINTERS FOR NEPAD AGENCY

Procurement Number: 24/NPCA/CS/ADMIN/RFB/2018

The NEPAD Agency has allocated funds for the procurement of the above mentioned goods and ancillary services, and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of:

• Leasing and maintenance of eight (8) multifunctional network printers for a period of three (3) years with rental and maintenance service contract that covers full support including parts and consumables for an estimated 160+ users.

Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate that they have authorization from the manufacturer and have provided similar service for the past three (3) years to at least two customers.

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 09:00-17:00 hrs. A complete set of the bidding documents in English may be downloaded (in read-only form) from NEPAD website (www.nepad.org/tenders) by interested bidders.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before August 7, 2018 at 14:30 hrs (South Africa Time)

All bids must be valid for 126 days and must be accompanied by a bid security of Twenty Thousand South Africa Rands (ZAR20,000.00) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency in the form of a Bank guarantee.

Bids will be opened on August 7, 2018 at 14:45 hrs (South Africa Time) in the presence of bidders or bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
