The African Union Commission (AUC) is partnering with the European Union (EU), with GIZ and with European Training Foundation (ETF) in developing the ACQF, a key
output of the “Skills for Youth Employability project” (SYEP), launched in June 2019 and planned for three years. SYEP is a new contribution to the ongoing Skills
Initiative For Africa (SIFA). This project will work to deliver the ACQF policy and technical document, discussed and validated for decision-making at AUC, and supported by an action plan to steer further steps and implementation.
