Expected Results : The project will deliver low-cost electricity in the central and Southern African regions at USD3 ct/kWh. This low-cost power will lead to increased regionalenergy trade and improved energy security in the region. Since hydropower is a renewable energy source, greenhouse gas emissions will be reduced.
