Augustin Faton‘s success is driven by his personal experience. After successfully applying for a grant, Augustin established Bouge ONG, an agricultural training centre focused on skills development for vulnerable youths and graduates who face difficulties finding employment. The word ‘bouge’ translates to ‘getting active’. Thanks to Augustin’s activism, he has become one of Benin’s most important figures in transforming the lives of young people by enhancing their skills and employability in agriculture.
