This report summarizes the conclusions of a team of World Bank consultants who travelled to Lomé from May 1 through 27 and September 19 through October 7, 2011 to support the Ministère de l’Agriculture, de l’Elevage et de la Pêche (MAEP) in carrying out a basic agricultural public expenditure diagnostic review.
