The Forum for Agricultural Research in Africa (FARA), as the Lead institution for Pillar IV, has developed the Framework for Agricultural Productivity (FAAP) as a tool to be used in implementing Pillar IV. The FAAP was endorsed by African Heads of States during the African Union Summit, Banjul, Gambia, June 2006.
